Q: COVID-19 ADVISORY

A: Laraquel’s online store remains open. Purchases orders of merchandise in-stock are processed and shipped as usual within 2-3 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. However, please note that any purchase order that includes customized jewelry/items will be ship between 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

A: No, we don’t have a brick-and-mortar store but our online shop is available 24/7.

Q: HOW CAN I CHANGE/MODIFY MY ORDER?

A: Please be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make cancellations. In case of any error with a custom order, you must contact us via email at laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com within 8 hours from the time the order was placed for us to make any change/correction.

Q: DO YOU OFFERS REPAIR SERVICES?

A: Yes, we offer repairs services but only for those pieces acquired from us. Contact us for further details via email at laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com

Q: HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

A: To clean 18K or 14K solid gold & diamond jewelry, we recommend using a gentle dish soap with warm water. Please be aware some stones are delicate.

Sterling Silver jewelry tends to naturally oxidize over time.  We recommend cleaning it with a polishing cloth.

Please keep all jewelry away from moisture, skin lotions, sunscreen, hairspray or perfumes. Many beauty products can cause tarnishing of metals and some people who have a high ph in their skin can cause tarnishing as well. We recommend taking off your jewelry to shower and not to sleep with them.

Q: HOW CAN I MEASUREMENT MY PERFECT LENGTH FOR A NECKLACE/BRACELET?

A: All measurements are based on the necklace/bracelet closed. Hold it at the clasp and measure from top to the bottom of the chain, then double the measurement. We use inches.

Q: HOW CAN I CHANGE THE LENGTH OF A CUSTOM NECKLACE/BRACELET/ANKLET I ALREADY RECEIVED?

A: If you receive your necklace/bracelet/anklet and want to change the chain length, there is a fee to do so. 

Q: CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

A: If your order has not yet shipped, email us at laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com with your order number and updated address so we can adjust it for you. If your address needs to be changed, please let us know as soon as possible. Once a package has been assigned tracking, we are unable to make adjustments.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The safety of our minis is incredibly important to us, which is why we only use quality materials when creating our jewelry pieces. Please note that children under the age of 3 years old, must wear this jewelry under adult supervision at all times.
