RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Laraquel Jewelry, every piece is created with intention. We hope you truly love your order, but if for any reason it doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. We gladly offer store credit or exchanges when requested within 5 days of delivery, based on the courier’s confirmation.
RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and complimentary items received with your purchase.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, allowing us to maintain the quality and care behind every piece.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale items, personalized styles (including single initials), custom orders, modified items, giveaways, pierced earrings, piercing jewelry, body jewelry, body piercings, ear cuffs, and all items intended for body wear (for sanitary reasons), and any items purchased using store credit are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If a returned item is no longer available, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Please email us at laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com within 5 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return your item by mail to: 79 SW 12th St., Unit 1404, Miami, FL 33130, United States. A tracking number is required for all returns, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
PROCESSING
Returns are processed within 2–7 business days after the item is received. All returns are inspected upon arrival, and we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
