Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the purchase date. Orders placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following business week. For Next Day Shipping, orders will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $125.
For personalized and custom pieces, please allow 7–14 business days from the order date for production prior to shipment. This timeframe does not include delivery time. If you require an expedited order, please contact us at laraquel@laraqueljewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holiday seasons, sales, or promotional periods.
International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. The shipping carrier or customs agency will contact you directly to arrange payment if required.
Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the selected carrier. While Laraquel Jewelry is not responsible for delays or carrier-related issues once shipped, we are always here to assist you in resolving any concerns.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
PICKUP POLICY
